1. Purpose and independence

Bumped is an independent consumer-advocacy wall for existing public posts about Etihad overbooking. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etihad Airways or X and does not act for either company.

2. Submitting and displaying posts

Submit only public X post URLs. Submission requests evaluation for the wall and does not transfer ownership. We display attributed source content and cache successful post data for 24 hours without storing media files. Source changes may take up to 24 hours after a successful fetch to appear, plus provider delay. Publication and continued availability are not guaranteed.

3. Screening, moderation, and reports

Clearly eligible, low-risk submissions may be published automatically. Uncertain, sensitive, unavailable, failed, or reported content may be reviewed, rejected, hidden, or restored by an administrator. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect people, the service, or these rules.

4. Voluntary contributions

One-time and recurring contributions help cover operating costs. They are not payment for publication, priority, a badge, or any other influence. Recurring support can be canceled from billing settings; Stripe processes payments under its own terms.

5. Optional accounts

An account is not required to browse, submit, report, or make a one-time contribution. If you create one for recurring support or administration, you are responsible for accurate information and for protecting your credentials.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit private or protected content, impersonate others, evade rate limits or security controls, probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, or use Bumped to harass, threaten, expose private information, or make unlawful claims.

7. Important limitations

Bumped does not provide legal advice, file or process compensation claims, verify every statement in an embedded post, or assert that Etihad has a statistically abnormal overbooking rate. Third-party posts and services remain their owners' responsibility. The service is provided as available and may change or experience interruptions.
